There was plenty of space for the two grownups and 4 teenagers, especially the upstairs living room/bedroom. While we were unable to use the dock due to high water this spring it didn't stop us from having a blast. It only made us want to return to try it out when the waters recede a little. Breathtaking views of New York State on the opposite shore. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for several families to enjoy.
